Welcome to Our Blog... My husband Jack and I have been married 21 years and we refer to our life together as Jack & Ruth's Most Excellent Adventure. Both of us having gone through marriage and divorce and also widowhood for me, we recognize that each day is a gift from God and we enjoy one another's friendship and our oneness. We are each an angel with only one wing... and we can fly only by embracing each other. Jack has taught me much about living life and how to laugh again. We have had some awesome adventures, enjoyed ministry together, and treasure the gift of family. Our family is blended... Jack has 3 children, I have one and God gave us a wonderful son of our heart to share, plus we each have a deposit in Heaven. When we married, I became an instant grandmother and loved it! We now are blessed with 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Unfortunately they are spread across the country and 2 live in Germany, but we daily keep them close in prayer.
